Easy Pluck C/P Chicken/Pheasant plucker

    I am about to come out with a new plucker, and I haven't plucked hardly anything but ducks. When I was in high school, I worked at a local game reserve and we plucked up to 100 ducks per night but I haven't plucked hardly ANY CHICKENS NOR PHEASANTS. I have made up a few plucking videos that can be seen at http://www.pluckwitheasypluck.com I am completely ignorant as to the scald times on various birds so any help that I can get is appreciated. I will be doing Muscovy ducks in the near future and I don't have any idea of the scald times on them! Also would you know the times and temps for Pheasants--Quail---Grouse--Pigeons should be aprox. the same as quail I would think. Any information given is HELPFUL. Thank You, ROD
