Easy to sex at 13 weeks

Hello tomorrow I will be picking up some 13 week old speckled Sussex & australorp pullets. If they were really cockerels it'd be pretty obvious at this point...right?? They are from a friend of a friend so not sure how reliable they are at sexing chickens.
