Some of those are good designs, some of them are terrible.
Right off the bat, don't believe their population numbers, they are tight.
Learn what a coop, the chickens, and the keeper really needs before choosing a design.
I figured that. They go off 2.5 square feet per bird. What designs are good?

Ilike this design on their website? Do you knowhow much space it could really give?Is it a good design?

Ideally, you should have about 3 square feet per bird in the coop and 7 square feet per bird at the minimum in the run.
How big is the coop?
definitely. I just can't figure out the chicken math they did. Because 12 x 8 = 96. And I divided it by 2; 2.5; 3; 4 and it still didn't add up to the number of chickens. The closest equation is 6 sqft per bird which would leave space for 16 chickens. I'm not really sure what their math was

If i had coop dimensions it would make more sense

That's because they're trying to sell their products to people who don't know about chicken math.
