Ok everybody In this form I have to now form you that I'm looking for a compact coop with 5-10 chicken space, nothing like a shed though.

Always plan your coop for your top limit of chickens. So going with 10 chickens you need a 40sqf coop with a 100sqft run. Coop could be 4x10. Place that overtop of the first part of the run and you need another 60sqft of run so that extends it an additional 15 feet. Total footprint 4x25. Dimensions can adjust to your liking as long as the run is 100sqft and coop is 40sqft. This is assuming your max flock will be 10.

Im going with a 6x8 coop, the run... I'm not sure how big It will be

Think about cleaning a raised 6x8 coop. You’ll need to reach into all the way into the coop to tend to the birds and clean up after them. So you might want to have doors on each side or maybe have a longer and narrower coop.
Yes. This is something no on thinks about until it’s too late. If you can’t reach the other side using only your natural arm stretch then it gets messy and frustrating. That’s why I have a walk in. No one’s getting any younger so I want it to be easy going as I get less agile.
