Eating button Quail???

I'd rather not eat them at all.... yuck! I am just couldn't imagine that anyone did and found this guy who was talking (typing) about it! Blew me away. As for my Coturnix well those guys are going to be dinner one day soon so I need to make sure I know how so I don't choke. Monarch23 's forum was great!!!

The skin is very thin and sometime does tear when you dry pluck but I can see no reason to scald them as long as they are the right age for butchering. If you wait to long and they start to molt, it is almost impossible to get the little feathers out, I know I waited too long once.

People do strange things I for one do not understand wanting to eat a button but to each there own.
