eating eggs with Tylan?

I know what you mean, Henry. But, you're doing the right thing, not eating or selling them. Patience...it's a virtue, I'm told...

I actually had fun lobbing mine into hte field, trying to hit stuff with them. Still HATED to pitch them, and I confess...I began eating ours a day early!

What type of pennicilin did you use (I can't spell it...) - PenG? What were you treating, and did it seem to work? I've used Tylan, Gallimycin, Terramycin, and just got Auremycin...did you use the injectable kind?

See? You're actually doing RESEARCH with them, not throwing them away! I've always been too chicken to try and smoosh them in my hand. But, I've heard it's supposedly impossible to break them if you put them right in the center of your palm and squeeze!

I will have to find the bottle to tell you for sure. Yes it did work well. A shot to the chest.
I had chickens come down with a resp. infection.

Another thing you could consider is boiling those eggs and feeding back to the birds. I also give some to my barn cats in the evening. I'm very popular. Ahem.
