Eating eggs

Hi. So I know it’s perfectly ok to eat fertilized eggs. Just a question, to get dirt off them ive been rinsing them off quickly with warm water, drying them immediately then sticking them in the fridge. Rinsing them like that won’t be an issue, right? Just curious because I want to start selling the excess ones I get

You can also use egg wash and then refrigerate them.

I usually only rinse them if they are very muddy
