eating fertilised eggs?

those with breeding setups, do you eat the fertilised eggs? im looking into getting an incubator and keeping a male in with my hens but i also want the hens to be laying for food... help!

I have always ate them and I honestly taste no difference. It would be safe to eat fertile eggs. Some say they taste different but it depends on the person

I can't tell the difference between eating fertile and infertile eggs. I just boil them all, since I can't incubate any at this moment because of time and space.

Eat em, all of mine eaten at home or sold are or should be fertile..
