Eating fertilized eggs... (please move if in wrong forum)

I've collected eggs that were left to sit in the coop for days while I was out of town. I've never cracked an egg with a chick, veins, etc... I wouldn't leave them in warmer weather but unless a hen is sitting on the eggs, they've been in an incubator, or it's been well above 90F even at night you aren't going to find anything in there that wouldn't be in the egg whether it was fertile or not. Even then if you crack an egg that's been in the bator 1 day you may not notice.

Our Rooster is one busy boy and EVERY egg we have eaten since the girls started laying has been fertilized! And yummy!!

Once you eat farm fresh the store bought ones just don't cut it any more. And just to make her feel better, there is a pretty easy way to check farm eggs before you crack them open. Candle them if you are that worried. You'll be able to tell if there is more than clear liquid and a yolk in there.
