Since the idea behind this thread
scared the pants off me when I first read it, I'll play too, so I can look more closely at what I'm actually eating.
I am not going to try to eat any different than I normally would, however, and as I am of the school of thought that a highly-processed snack here or there will not actually kill ya, I don't want to hear anything about the Cheetos or the ice cream, k?
Yesterday: 2 fried eggs
slice of buttered toast
milk
I have no memory of lunch, I assume leftovers

some dark chocolate
half a packet of Cheetos, so sue me
'sloppy joe' in w.w. roll
corn
greenbeans
milk
bowl of applesauce for dessert
Today: bowl of hi-fiber crunchy-things cereal w/milk
coupla peanutbutter cookies
soup made from fridge leftovers
6 crackers
clementine
milk
some dark chocolate
some more dark chocolate while holding horses for farrier
some more more dark chocolate after I came back in the house
also, am about to go eat another peanutbutter cookie
and the rest of the Cheetos are gone now too
leftover roast pork
about 4 servings' worth
of sauerkraut
peas
milk
applesauce for dessert
