Eating Healthy

March 28

Breakfast: Serving of pretzels, tea, 2 mini Nestle Crunch Crisps.

Snack: vitamin gumball & buble yum

Lunch: cherry yo+ & fruit cocktail cup, more tea

Snack: 3 atomic fireballs

Dinner: Steak, potatoes & the last bag of frozen corn on the cob from last year...

Dessert: small bowl of ice cream w/ 2 GS cookies crumbled over it

I wasn't REALLY bad, but I wasn't good, either...

March 31

breakfast: miniwheats in milk

snack: vitamin gumball & piece of bubble yum

lunch: pretzel rods

Snack: cherry yo+ & fruit cocktail

Dinner & dessert: going out with a girlfriend to gossip. Don't know where yet, know I will be BAD

(I wasn't bad. Had sushimi, rice, miso soup, salad, and tempura. Never even had dessert, since I didn't want anything clashing with the raw fish. Took the leftover fish home for Jezebel. That was one HAPPY cat =^..^= )

coffee with creamer and real sugar

Snack:
regular pepsi

Lunch:
regular pepsi

Dinner:
regular pepsi
HUGE serving lasagna

Breakfast/Lunch (around 10 am):
2 deep fried chimichangas
1 tablespoon sour cream

Lunch/Snack (around 3:30 pm):
ritz crackers and homemade herb goat cheese
bologna on white
Diet Dr Pepper

Dinner:
another HUGE serving of lasagna
butterscotch pudding
Diet Dr Pepper


March 31

Breakfast:
Bottled water
Hot chocolate
package instant oatmeal, with splenda on top

Snack:
Hot chocolate

Lunch:
chicken flavor ramen noodles
coffee with cream and splenda

Dinner:
deep fried chimichanga
sour cream
 
Since January I have avgd three to four very small meals, plus lots of water, every day, and then a normal dinner. This worked in helping me lose twelve pounds averaging two pounds per week. I also work out on an average 3 times per week, plus I am active otherwise. But, I haven't lost any more now for three weeks. Haven't gained any more, either, just stayed the same.

It's maddening, cause I know I need to lose more....sigh.
 
chicknmania - you just hit a plateau, you might not lose actual weight, but you will notice that you probably lost an inch or two! Keep it up, one day you'll discover you lost more pounds! Good luck.

I'm not losing the weight I expected to, and it's bummed me out. But my pants are fitting better in the waistline, so I must be rearranging the weight...
I try to focus on that, and the fact that I am feeling better.

April 1

Random snacking ALL day so far:
Pretzel rods, almond M&M's, Part of the pasta I brought for lunch, Cherry yo+, Fruit cocktail (spilled the juice all over my desk, so it's a sticky mess), vitamin gumball, and 2 Alleve
2 'fun size' bags of plain M&M's. 2 bottles of home brewed unsweetened tea.

I over exercised since I was mad about the waistline thing. Now EVERY muscle aches, so at least they all know I'm not playing favorites...
