Eating Healthy

Breakfast - scrambled egg sandwich & coffee

Lunch - leftover roast beef & rice & diet soda& 4 hershey kisses

Supper -salad w/ feta & parmesan cheeses and about 6 stir fried shrimp & sweet tea
 
Monday, March 3rd-

Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Water

Snack:
cookies and cream candy bar
Water

Lunch:
6 inch Subway tuna sub
12 oz.Apple Juice
Way too many Fritos!!


Dinner:
Very small portion of spaghetti w/sauce
1 garlic breadstick
Water

Snack:


Exercise:2 hours walking on the treadmill
 
March 3rd

Breakfast
coffee

Lunch
corn dog
potato chips and french onion dip
diet coke


Supper
Hot dog with chilli and slaw
diet coke

but I really want that carrot cake right now!
 
Monday March 3

6 oz V-8
coffee with milk

Lunch
leftover pork tenderloin
nectarine

snack
apple

dinner
jumbo shrimp
dilly slaw
steamed mixed veggies
 
Monday, 3rd bad day.
to drink:
herbal tea with honey (1), water (3)

small bowl raisin bran w/ milk, orange
dried fruit
small bowl rice&rabbit soup, small bowl cereal w/milk

Tuesday, 4th
to drink:
herbal tea w/honey(2), water (1)

dried fruit, 4 corn tortillas
--
spaghetti w/meat sauce, carrots, 2 sesame crackers

Wednesday, 5th
to drink: water(2), lemon soda (2)

1/3 cup almonds, dried fruit
10 round crackers, orange
plate of spaghetti w/ meat sauce, cake-cranberry, cinnamon apple & yellow w/ chocolate creamcheese icing

Post Cranberry Vanilla crunch cereal w/milk

diet hot chocolate w/some instant coffee & splenda mixed in. I don't normally do coffee but had an accupuncture treatment this morning and needed a lil caffeine to get me back in work mode...lol

Lunch :::
Protein bar
water


snack ::
2 boiled eggs
water

diet vernors


Dinner :::
Morning Star *veggie* buffalo wings
jalapeno poppers
salad w/ranch
crystal light raspberry tea


snack :::
water
cadbury caramel egg
.... the guilt was almost overwhelming

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 3 slices bacon, 2 slices toast, milk2%

Lunch: a couple of McD's fries, coke

Dinner: progresso soup - chicken & herb dumpling, 6 ritz crackers , water
 
Monday: hi-fiber crunchy-things cereal w/milk
dark chocolate

fastfood burger and 1/2 order fries
(driving to distant feed store for raccoon livetrap, sigh)

clementine
pretzels

4 slices takeout pizza (at 7 pm, after 3 hrs of breaking ice out of flooding ditches,
the most water I've ever seen here, argh)
well-deserved bowl of icecream


Tuesday: hi-fiber crunchy-things cereal w/milk

2 leftover pizza slices
milk

way too many potato chips
way too many marshmallow peeps
dark chocolate
(on the bright side I have not yet driven the kids to the zoo to feed them to the tigers,
I think I should get credit for that)

frozen fried fish filets
frozen french fries
peas

icecream
