Eating Healthy

I weighed in for the first time at weight Watchers last night and lost 7.6lbs last week! I was so excited, this eating less and eating more healthy thing really works

Breakfast
Coffee
small apple

Snack
2% Greek yogurt w/strawberries

Lunch
1 smart dog
1 sprouted whole grain hotdog bun
1/4c sauerkraut

Dinner
1 portabella mushroom
1 sprouted whole grain bun
1 wedge laughing cow cheese
1 tbs avocado spread
2 small rosemary roasted potatoes
1 slice fresh mozzarella, a few slices of tomato

8 glasses of water

Special K cereal w/zoic protein shake poured over (I am at work and didn't have any milk..lol)

Lunch ::
Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Cajun Chicken & Shrimp bowl

6 jelly bean size chocolate eggs
very very very bad

Dinner :::
Fried egg sandwich (12 grain bread) w/mayo **I use my cast iron pan with a spritz of olive oil pam**

snack ::
1/2 peanut butter/jelly sandwich (12 grain bread)

I've lost 46 lbs since July 07 but it's miserably slow progress. I try not to get on the scale more than once a month or I get depressed...lol

Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal
Snack: Arby's Apple Turnover

Lunch: Popcorn, fruit cocktail

Snack: GS cookies, probably too many. It's already shaping up to be THAT kind of day at work that only gratuitious carbs can compensate for...

Dinner: Hotdogs, chips, beans

Dessert: Ice cream birthday cake in honor of my DD turning 15

Breakfast: Coffees and hard boiled egg. Looking back at what I eat, it isn't very much, but the older you get the harder it is, but I'm not giving up.

Lunch: Western omelette with american cheese, diet soda with lemon. This came with hash browns, but I didn't eat one little bit, but I'm bringing it home for the chooks.

Din Din: Peanut butter and sugarfree strawberry jam on a lowcarb bagel. Water.

stocked up on lowcarb snaks last night at WMart:
cheese sticks, celery, almonds, (and sugarfree hardcandy for those "gotta have something sweet" cravings) hope that works..........
 
Tuesday, March 4th-

cookies and cream candy bar

Lunch:
Spaghetti w/sauce
Water

Dinner:
Macaroni & Cheese
Water

Snack:
Pierogies


Exercise:1 hour walking on the treadmill

Forgot to post this yesterday...
 
Yesterday I was soooooo bad. I ate 4 Reece's "eggs".
I knew I should not have bought those things....
Today....
Peanut butter toast and two fried eggs.
