Eating Healthy

I just read that many overweight folks (myself included in that group) are chronic Undereaters! I interpret that to mean that rather than always fulfill their hunger needs with enough healthy food and protein, they restrain themselves frequently from eating (the undereating part) then their bodies clamor for food later and the metabolism gets all whacked. I think the point is to make sure to eat 3 meals a day plus 2 snacks. (talking to myself here).

I had no idea the Cadbury eggs came in Cherry ... oy

I'm not really sure if I should thank you for that information or not........

Good for you in getting back on the wagon, BJ! Keep it up! And congratulations on the weight loss. Am I the only one who does not own a scale? I've always used the one at my friends house. When I lost weight, I found it most encouraging when my pants or tops started to hang on me. Maybe I should get a scale? How often do you all use it?

I recently read a report that stated getting on the scale frequently undermines your diet plans because you get discouraged seeing actual numbers.

I slid mine under the bed on the far side (months ago) knowing I'll really have to want to see that number before I'm gonna get down on my knees and fight dust bunnies for it...lol. I try not to weigh in more than once a month and that is only if my clothes feel different.
