1 large Pumpkin whoopie pie (hey i live in Amish country!)

2 Indian crepes

1 coffee w/ milk & sugar
2 poached eggs
2 slices sourdough toast with muenster cheese melted on top
1 glass apple cider
 
Friday, March 7th-

Breakfast:
English Muffin w/ peanut butter

Snack:
1 vienna finger cookie
Water

Lunch:
pierogies
Water

Dinner:
extra thin crust veggie pizza
Water

Snack:
Dibs Ice Cream Snacks (I bought more in a moment of weakness)


Exercise:1 hour walking on the treadmill

My DSL has been in and out for the past few days, so here is my intake for today...

Saturday, March 8th-

Breakfast:
2 pillsbury cinnamon rolls
tea

Snack:

Lunch:
2 more cinnamon rolls
sugar free lemonade

Dinner:
thin crust veggie pizza
sugar free lemonade

Snack:
Dibs Ice Cream snacks


Exercise:none
 
Mar 8

Breakfast
Coffee
2% greek yogurt w/strawberries

Lunch
got busy at work-no lunch..


Dinner
1 cup of whole wheat penne w/vodka marinara sauce
maple-mustard glazed potatoes and string beans
8oz organic wine

Late night snack
2 low carb tortillas
1/2c vegetarian refried beans
1/2c 2% shredded cheese

I'm sorry to say I also had a glass of milk and 10 choc chip cookies while I read my email tonight.... too many calories to count.

Dinner last night: PA Dutch-style colcannon--lacto-fermented sauerkraut cooked with apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, spices, and a cut-up apple, over potatoes with butter.

Also three glasses of really good red wine a friend brought back from Italy. *burp*

Breakfast this morning: coffee with milk and sugar. Thinking about making pancakes, actually.
 
Sunday, March 9th-

Tofurkey Breakfast Sausage
1 slice wheat bread
1 piece american cheese

Snack:none

Lunch:
McDonald's fish filet
Hot fudge sundae w/nuts
small fries

Dinner:
pierogies w/ stir-fried veggies
sugar free lemonade
grilled tilapia

Snack:
2 slices lemon poppyseed bread

Exercise:none
 
Sunday: Mar 9

Brunch: 2 fried eggs over easy, 1/2 slice of lowcarb bagel and 1/4 cup corned beef hash.

Din Din: Chicken pau pau with lowcarb biscuites and cheddar cheese and 2 grapes. Some vodka and fresca.
