Fried eggs with homemade english muffins.

Fried fish on a bun with lettuce and tomato, with slaw and french fries.

Cake, omg 3 peices of that aweful carrot cake :|

Monday
bfast: cheese&mushroom omelet, coffee

Made an apple pie for dh and dd. Didn't even have any! Tho I really enjoyed the aroma!
 
Monday Mar 10

Breakfast: Flax Snax hot cereal with splenda and coffees. Forgot to mention also a small hard boiled egg.

Lunch: small steak with shrooms and melted cheese, 1 cup of tea with cream and splenda.

Din Din: Leftover 1/2 of omelette with toasted half of LC bagel. 6 wheat thins and the crumbs that came along with them. 1 piece of LC choc cake.

Lunch: homemade hummus on toasted WW Eng. muffin
leftover peas

Dinner: blackeye peas w/diced ham
turnip greens

Breakfast: Blackberry yo+ yogurt

Lunch: Leftover lasagna, unsweetened Lady Grey ice tea

Snack: GS cookies

Dinner: Leftover baked chicken made into chicken -n- dumplings

Dessert: Pack of MnM's

I ate an entire deep peach pie in the course of three days, so I'm going to pretend that the weekend didn't happen and start over today...

Monday, March 10th

Breakfast:
Cadbury Cream Egg (people give me this junk!)
100 calorie pack cheese nips

Lunch:
Vegetable Beef Soup (2 servings)
5 Crackers

Dinner:
3 servings chedder rice cakes
2 cups fiber one cereal
2 cups 1% milk (cows)
