My 4 day olds are in a cardboard box. Eating, drinking, playing and sleeping. They seem perfect. But they are eating poop. I have paper towels over shavings that I change 2x a day. I sprinkle shavings on top of the paper towels so they can scratch around in it. They have a small roost we built and a couple toilet paper rolls to play with. What can I do to stop the poo eating?

You don't. That's what chickens do. A baby chick will eat its mothers feces to pick up probiotics.
The first few days I just use paper towels and sprinkle feed on them as well as provide a full feeder.
Best bet is to keep the feeders at least half full. What kind of feeder do they have?
At 4 days you can probably forgo the paper towels and go with deeper shavings then the feces gets lost in there.
I know a woman that broods chicks on a layer of chick starter so the feed and feces gets all mixed together.
