We get 3-4 quail eggs a day so they really stack up. I bought an egg poacher from Costco and the kids absolutely love them poached...you can fit 4-6 in each poaching cup.
My older daughters LOVE pickled eggs, so I will boil several dozen and pickle them. I have been making them for almost 15 years and have never had the stomach to try them.
I also agree to boiling and giving back to the birds, too. It's a nice treat and great for them.
