Does anyone have some good ideas for eating quails eggs? we have a lot of them and need to get rid of them. I would love to put them to some use though. Any good ideas or recipies?

You could hard boil them, then take the entire egg and crush it in your hand, shell and everything! Then feed it to them. Its a great source of protein for them. I do this with my chickens when they lay to many eggs!

Anything you can do with any other eggs, just takes a lot more.

Or, make some really small omelets or quiches.
