Iv dispatched an aggressive male tonight what is the best way to pluck and cook him?
Dip him in boiling water then pluck him. Season the meat and throw it in a crock pot.
I don't like plucking, so I skin my birds. You can gut the birds if you would like. Or, you can take the less messy route, and cut the meat from the breast bone, cut of the thighs, and slice off the wing meat... if there is any.
If you don't like tough meat, the crock pot, or cooking the bird in a water base is your answer.
