I ain't never seen a freckled up egg like that out of my peas and IMO they are extremely over priced just for common pea colors.

I don't know anything about the palawans so can not comment.
Did i miss anything?

Weird looking eggs! Also weird that they say no local pickup. I would think they would like the buyer to pick the eggs up if they can - less shaking up of eggs = higher hatch rate, right?

Its just crazy !!

Not saying the birds eggs are not genuine, but why do you buy the eggs at this price. I mean....
1. the seller can't even post a picture of a peacock egg, its a turkey egg on the listing!
2. Zero positive feedback on the seller
3. Eggs to sell, yet peafowl have not really started laying yet in the UK (odd egg but infertile)
4. Other listings by the same seller don't use own pictures just stuff off google.
5. In a couple of months you will be able to buy two day old chicks for about the same as those two eggs.

As I say maybe a genuine seller (but sloppy- I mean pictures of turkey eggs) but all the same don't pay that kind of money, because it has the hallmarks of an egg scam (experience talking- been there bought the pheasant eggs and hatched the chickens ).

Also who buys pre-sale off an auction site! Talk about counting your eggs before they are hatched, they are not even laid! By the time you get the eggs, half your consumer rights are gone, ebay won't refund and you can't leave feedback. Plus you tend to pay over the odds on what the price will have dropped too, when the egg are eventually shipped.

Hmmm anyway rant over, it just annoys that in a month you'll be talking to someone who blew a fortune and lost heart on keeping some wonderful birds....... especially as they will be trying to get you to take below what they paid for two eggs for a load of chicks... ;)

It will always be like this, it is a buyers beware market, after i first taught my hubby to use the computer it was quite a struggle to get threw to him that you can't just order from anyone and i taught him how to find out how good a seller or business was, he gets it now but many folks are new to buying on the net and ain't real educated on what can and can not happen, it is a learning curve, many have not learned and scam artist know it, they are opportunist .

I think that there isn't anything wrong with these eBay listings i buy of this buyer loads and ive hatched loads of peachicks out. Loads of people take pictures of google as there clearer than the once people take. I cont see any negative just 100% positive. This seller hasn't ever once indicated in his or her listing that the pictures are from her flock. Loads of people dont except people to come up and collect the eggs for fear of there stock being stolen. In my :) all happy know :) i trust these sellers theres nothing wrong I've hatched 90% successfully.....
