I wouldn't waste my hard earned money on eggs.Very few if any hatch.Buy the bird you want not the eggs,in the long run it will be much cheaper plus you get what you want not a chance to hatch out what you want if they hatch.

I got lucky with my first six shipped eggs and had four of them hatch, but I have read some horror stories about the amount of money spent and the disappointment.

I just hatched 4 nice Bronze peachicks out of shipped eggs, granted they were shipped in state, but still shipped. I am very happy with them.

4 out of how many?

4 out of 5, the 5th was a clear. They were shipped to me by another member on here, last year I hatched 2 purples and 1 opal out of eggs he shipped me. These are colors that are hard to find locally. I'm just saying it can be done, I shipped 6 to Kathy in CA and 4 of them hatched for her. They were sent express and arrived in less than 24 hrs. so they were obviously on a jet, and they all started to develop but one was an early quitter and the other went all the way to lockdown then quit.
