You have received fewer than 20 Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12 months, or

I believe this is the issue, not just clicking the starts but leaving detailed feedback, it used to be if they clicked at all you were good. I've only about 80 sales on there, mostly stacks of college texts, so I only sell things 3 or 4 times a year.

OOh darn! I didnt know i had to leave feedback! I just bought something on there for the first time a few days ago...I hope i dont make the seller loose money! I'll have to go check and see if i can leave feedback. But..i havent gotten my thing in the mail yet either... maybe i'll wait until i get it in the mail..

I'm going by several emails with Paypal and EBay on this. Also, if they want to go by something it should be the feedback rating because I guarantee people are more likely to leave bad feedback than good; so if you have all good you must be ok!
This is the first time EVER a payment has been held and Paypal sends out a notice that the item needs to be sent right away, and the payment will be held. EVER. It has NEVER been this way on anything I've ever bought or sold. And darn it I was just getting ready to list a bunch of stuff, now I won't.

They don't do it with mine, at least not yet anyway. I also sell on Ioffer.com but that is where I sell my electronics. I closed my ebay store because most my sales were overseas and the fools over there all expected their shipment in 24 hours.

Nobody is selling or buying eggs on Ioffer, shame too their rates are much lower than FeeBay, and no listing fees.

You can accept more forms of payment on Ioffer too. I think that is BS that Feebay tells the seller how to accept payment, forcing paypal. I have not signed up for the Ioffer version of payment yet. But I will if paypal pulls that carp on me.

Also somebody needs to start a class action suit, if any company holds your funds they must give YOU the interest on it not keep it.

When will PayPal release the payment hold for an eBay item?
Your funds will be released after 21 days. We may release funds earlier when one of the following occurs:

The buyer leaves you positive feedback on eBay
3 days pass after we confirm the item was delivered*

This is exactly what I said. It must be because I don't sell every day of the year, but I have been a member, buying and selling for years, so they just lost me if I am going to be punished for not selling as often as they want.
