A report has been filed with Ebay and I have asked the seller to remove the picture and review the Ebay rules. I guess I'm going to have to plaster my name on all of my pictures!

Ebay has a new policy that lets sellers use stock photos to sell their products. AKA stock photos include any photo that has been uploaded for a auction. You can go to your user setting and opt out of the sharing.
