We have two new chicks that are two weeks old.
Today I sectioned off the big girls coop to give them a safe place to stay while getting to know the big girls (they are separated with 1/4in hardware cloth). They were panting in the brooder and laying with wings out so I know they were too hot.
The question is, in the coop do they need the ecobrooder again at night?
The highs are in the 90s and our overnight low is 74.
