Educated guesses, as to this breed?

I am happy to say that the feed store took the Barred Cochins back, with only a minimal bit of grumpiness. I now have 4 happy Australorps, and a connection to a good local breeder. So, all is well. Also, the girls I got do not have a white spot on their heads.

I'm glad you were able to get what you wanted! Those look much more like australorps. Don't worry if some of their first wing feathers come in white. That's normal. They will lose those as they grow. It really surprised me when I got australorp chicks and they started growing the wrong color of feathers!

The timing of your post is perfect. I noticed white wing feathers today! Thanks for easing my mind.
