Yeah, Bob is a great dog, he can work big animals like goats and pigs but is gentle enough he won't hurt a day old chick, duckling or any baby for that matter.

 my broody is due saturday, 2 of her eggs, and 11ish quail eggs 

though now that i think about it, there may be less quail eggs under her, i dont remember seeing that many but i try to be very quick when i steal the new eggs out

Good luck getting the chores done. I was going to get power strung and dug to the red coop yesterday, but the goat that got sick was at my friend's place and then she wanted help with a project before she left. By the time I got done, took the goat home and sectioned off a shed with a couple of panels for Eclipse I was out of daylight. I despise the short days and regular time. I really wish we stayed on Daylight savings time year round.
