I will give you 4.
The antricot or Rib eye steak over charcoal gril turned every 15 seconds, (yes 15 seconds! ) until it is medium rare salt and pepper nothing else. I prefer the Angus that was grass fed.

The Asado the ribs cut in large stripes in my smoker (cherry, and hickory ) or in the oven with salt, rosemary and all fresh garlic heds.

The hed meat and check meat, in a WONDERFUL Libyan ragu

The tongue withe mushrooms sauce

And many many more.......
