EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

Yesterday was a sad day for me. I was wrapping gifts, and didn't lose the scissors or tape once. Not even when I tried. Sad. Sooooo sad! I finally stopped wrapping in the hopes that I would lose them the next time. Here's hoping!!

Does anyone know if it's dangerous for a cat to eat a whole packet of fish algae wafers?

I would think it would be fine, sort of like cat grass lol. Are those for a pleco? Did you know that you can just throw in a slice of zucchini or squash for them to munch on? That's what I give mine. The algea tablets were putting too much algea on everything else in the tank lol.

Maybe next time you should cut some small pieces of paper and throw them everywhere. If you have enough of them you should have a satisfactory amount of lost scissors and tape. If that doesn't work then you should get a pencil or marker and keep it with you. You will be surprised at how quickly it vanishes. If you have left out the pieces of paper it will help as well.

thanks for the coffee, trash is out

We found a "rescue" golden doodle that is a great dog. I have also seen them on "Dog Whisperer". Be careful they are smarter that their owners and mine knows it.

I have a shorthaired collie mix that is way too smart. I taught her to ring a bell on command in ten minutes when she was a puppy, and just now (over 6mo later) pulled it out again- she remembered perfectly. :th She was taught to "swing", that is, jump into heel position by your side on command in puppy class. Again, over six months later, she remembered perfectly. She also won't even look at chickens with her shock collar on or if she's on a leash, yet she goes bonkers with it off.... Liddle brat KNOWS she aint s'posed to chase them.
