My uncle started her off. I've never been one for fishing.

4 baby chicks arrived alive. Put them in with my solo silkie hatchling.

3/4 ducks were alive... put them in with the other 2 ducks.

So glad some of them were alive!

I am in love with your left eye

I've never had that compliment before.

Had to drop dw off at school today with a big dog cage with a couple freak chickens for their FFA fair to show the kids. A Naked Neck pullet and a five toed black skin white silke Lol!

A new generation - they will start raising them and their kids will consider them normal chickens.

She also won't fish if the cows are laying down. Something my Uncle also taught her. If the cows are laying down, it's a bad day to fish.

there's one little black duck i'm worried about, and 1 of the chicks... we will see. It was a rough ride. They hatched monday morning and didn't get here until friday.

Do you have pictures of the five toed black skin white silkie?

not on this phone, but all silkies have five toes and black skin. Their related to pterodactyl's. :-D
Just kidding, they are polydactyly (extra toes)
I do have a chick pic on this phone from this spring showing the extra toes of one of our white silkie white jersey giant crosses. Still have two pullets of them but processed the rest, the black skin and meat is odd to see but taste like chicken :-D .
