Seems to me the UPS is the way to go. What's one of them run in US $?

Not so sure about how much in the US.
I know you can gena cheap one for around $100 AUD
So I'm guessing around that much there, maybe cheaper.

Seeing as quail are tiny little buggers when they first hatch I wouldn't risk putting the newbies in with the older ones until they are a little older.

Aww okay, So the newbies wouldn't be okay even with the 14 day olds?

It matters not in the end, I bought one of those triangle rabbit hutches on eBay for $49 yesterday, and will put the adult quail into that to make room for the new babies.
