Morning all! It's 8:07am here in Aussie land.

Question:

What day does everyone like to lock their jap quail down on? I've got some close to lockdown and would like some new input

I really wish @LocalYokel was here - he was the quail guy, hatched them all the time. He'd have the answer. (I miss LoYo!!!!)

I have a book I bought - I can go check if you want. But it's not like I have any actual experience...

There are quail threads on BYC - I bet those folks could help, they know more than me.

I would have to look, I havent hatched any for years

That's fine I'm really enjoying them! So tiny!

I collected 10 eggs from my breeding pair. Set them, and only 2 of of them were duds, So I'm set to have 8 little popcorns running around soon
