Sally and others, if I'm shipping eggs out of state and checked the receiving state's NPIP requirements, do I still need to call? And do I need to include the form from the book, or is that just for birds? The website indicates eggs and hatchlings are fine, they're only concerned about older birds.

ask if the customer requires it, if they are npip they would need a copy. I never bothered calling each state. heck most people that ship eggs are not even npip.
