goldfish get huge too dont they? got pics of your tank? I dont miss any of mine lol but I am sure I will have them back in the house at one point or another

They are only about 3 months old. Bill saw them at the pet store and thought they were cool cause he said it looked like they had brains

Didn't realize they were $30 a piece goldfish

I am not sure this is a good prize..

Some how I picture the chicken dinner being:
7 kernels of corn,
7 kernels of oats
3 pieces of gravel
6 oyster shell pieces.
and for the main entrée 6 Meal worms!

Hey everyone! I've not been hatching for a while, and lost this thread but I see you've moved to a new one! I have partridge cochin eggs arriving today... I couldn't wait any longer! Let the hatching season begin! Please tell me you all have eggs hatching as well? I'm not crazy?

I forgot to mention that the complaint department is closed for inclement weather in the south. There's no bread or milk left in the stores, this is serious folks!

Not a problem if the only bread was white.
Being out of real bread is a problem.

Several of our school systems closed today. The temperature is still around 41 and it is raining, but nothing bad yet.

There were some closed here a day or two this week. But it was single digits with snow. Just not much snow.

I actually do not envy the ice you get, it is far worse than the snow to me. We normally do not get ice, this year we have ice with snow on top of it. Not fun at all. My butt has a HUGE bruise from falling on it so often this year.

We haven't had severe ice storms in a few years but not too long ago we used to lose power and take down trees/limbs from severe icing.

Ice was so thick here one year that I couldn't stomp a hole in it to get traction, but I had to make it down the hill to water the dogs. By holding onto saplings along the way, I was able to get down, but couldn't get any footing to make it to a sapling on the way back. I hollered to DW to throw me a rope, but she couldn't find one, so she threw me one of the heavy extension cords so I could pull myself back to level ground.

I hate to disagree, but I am afraid I have to. Minnesota seldom ranks first in anything, so when we do we defend the title!
