OMG, I was just reading this and the other thread. SOOOOOOO funny!!!! You didn't kill the thread, I was goo-gooing over my little chicks. The little Marans miracles are the most forward, spunky amazing chicks! I also think they are all part jumping bean. When I open the door of the brooder, one of them actually HURLS himself at me, and has already hopped up to my shoulder. We're at DAY 3 of life, friends.
I had to move my chicks downstairs coz Kari was doing the same thing, only his brooder didn't have a lid. When I came into the room, he'd start jumping up and down like a pogo stick, trying to get out...
