triple antibiotic ointment/bacitracin is best. Also not sure what they have on hand or how old or big the dog is, but tramadol is used for pain control. They gave my little 20lb dog 25mg every 8 hours. I wouldn't use aspirin because that could cause more bleeding. Just try to keep him from licking or chewing at the wound and keep it clean
