Correct - to let the air cells settle. Let them sit out for about a day, then in the incubator for a couple days. It's all spelled out in the "Shipped eggs - change of plans" links at the beginning of the thread. (I read them compulsively at the time, but can no longer quote them by heart.)

I bought a cabinetYou have a good point - the Brinsea is super steady. And the turning process is so gentle that after a few days of no turning to try to reattach the air cells, I started the turning again on the cradle without negative effect. (Did you see there's a new one, the Ovation?)
