Yours got stuck in the old folder. I can't see on my phone. If your name isn't on that cup, I know it's the right one anyway.

DH was going to leave ours in the shed of the old house. He said he didn't know how to work it. Maybe I can find it and the instructions someday.

Wow you really take your time don't you.

Nope never salted them. We've eaten anything from 1.5 yrs old down to about 20 weeks. Haven't had any issues.
Just extra boys or mean boys from the flock.
