sorry CH is it cooler there now? it sure is here in PA try putting blankets around it again or in your closed AND blankets, keep that thing steady
 
Fire  I asked because all the reading I have done on the strangles says your breed tends to be one that is effected in more cases. 


Yes, I've had some friends experience it but not us personally. Honestly I feel it's not that common. Shoot, probably jinxed myself. If she pulls through it'll be a couple of months before she's better. I'm thinking 4-5 months they are passed it?

Now, we did lose one of our JRT's (Spud) a week after shots. Real similar symptoms and his organs shut down. Vets tried to keep him going but in the end, we put him down.
