@mlm Mike I would rather let does raise the kids, but this is fun. Of course when you first get there they have a one-track mind getting to the bottle. Afterwards though is too fun because they want to know who cuddle and just play. They also like to chew on my shoe.

Goat kids are fun, never had one chew on my shoe, just jeans, shirt, coat, hat, about everything except my shoe. lol

Having had both bottle babies and doe raised, hands down the bottle babies are my choice. I never have to chase them down for anything, and they'll take even disgusting tasting meds from a bottle as adults if I add a little sugar. Easier hoof trimming, easier shots, easier milking, I sacrifice personal space when I'm in the pen, but mine are all polled or dehorned so it's no issue.

I loved bottle feeding pandora!! she is so spoiled from it though, she can be a real pest, but rather a pest than running from me yes??

Well I am a red head, or was before time caught up with my hair follicles. Crazy sorta kinda goes along with being a red head (red heads are actually genetic mutants) but I don't wear hoop earrings. Learned that real fast when I got my chickens.

I've never been big on earrings but my daughter used to wear them all the time. About the 4th time a turkey stole her earrings she stopped wearing them lol

Yuck! But, I bet she feels better now with it off. We used to have a little zebra finch that had injured is leg at the pet store. She also lost hers. It was weird but didn't bother her any.
