I don't know when. I would say it really is two days.

My chicks start talking to me at day 15. I spend a good 20 minutes twice a day talking to them from day 14 on.

Speaking of cats, If someone gives you 2 cats and 2 days later one runs away, is it proper to ask for another cat?

ANYwho, I am a member of a "buying club" that gets food and products directly from local farmers - this arrangement allows us to, for instance, be able to buy raw cow's milk here legally (per Texas laws) and I don't have to drive to the farm to do it.
