Tomorrow is day 21!!! We should be getting chickies! Approximately 78 went into lockdown. She said she pulled about six of the 84.

Good morning Dax the chicks with towel and rope were probably two weeks old when I put them in on the hardware cloth. Prior to that they were in a cardboard box with dirt and the rope. I didn't allow for enough ventilation for them this time and I think their dust got to some of them. After making sure the ventilation was good they did fine. This set up is in the barn. Temps were in the 40 to 50 range.
