EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

No plan is going to be perfect, & it's not my wish to be a wet blanket, but doesn't shipping eggs mean someone has to make a trip to the post office, or trust the carrier not to scramble them on the way up the mountain?
That is why we do a mpc gift certificate she can use when she is well, and they know how to ship.

Quote: I agree - I've done gift certificates a lot with my family members recently. It's sort of fun to take the time to play around in their minds thinking of what they COULD get before they spend it.
Stupid coyotes are in close tonight. Hoping my fencing holds up.

I'm in as well. I agree with @Fire Ant Farm about keeping amounts anonymous and I suspect @mlm Mike knows her about better than any of us so I would tend to lean towards his recommendation on the what. Tag me when the details are worked out in case I miss it.

I have that printed out, but the air cells doesn't seem to change in this till day 24, so I thought this was for what the duckling should look like, not as much the air cell..

Yes, I see your point. Btw, I don't recommend tossing any until you are 100%. About 2/3 through incubating.

Magpie, Ancona, and I put in an egg that I suspect is from a runner, but I doubt is fertile since the boys don't really care for her.
fun!

Sounds fine, I want to be sure I don't throw out baby ducks. I wonder when ravyn gets rid of her clears..
i dont pull anything unless they stink, i will separate them if i have doubts but dont toss until they fail sniff test
