Qso it is the end of day 22. Do I let them go or start dissecting to learn why they didn't hatch?

As long as they don't stink IMHO I'd wait another day. Mine last yr hatched over a three day period. Don't know why I set them all at the same time.

I know the humidity in the room greatly affects my incubator.

If your condensing on your viewing windows you humidity is very high.

Unless you're in lockdown I would remove some of the water.

I did remove some.and still didn't help.and it's only day four for my cockatiel egg

I would dump all the water dry up the lid and put egg back in. Run for 24 hours and see what your humidity is running.

But I don't know anything about cocktail eggs and what they need too hatch. So I may be way off. But if your condensing you are probably pushing 90 percent

my humidity gage shows 54%

Decisions, go to the local ER who wouldn't listen to me, or compromise about my daughter's strep infection - or go to the ER who wouldn't listen to me about my son's lungs, and ended up doing a blood gas, and seeing their monitor was wrong after I INISISTED his color didn't match the sat's on the screen- but it's already on history that if I say he needs a blood gas, i'm usually right....

Is it the gauge on the incubator?

My guess is its off. Drain all the water. Run it awhile see what it says then. Still early won't hurt the egg.
