Qso it is the end of day 22. Do I let them go or start dissecting to learn why they didn't hatch?
As long as they don't stink IMHO I'd wait another day. Mine last yr hatched over a three day period. Don't know why I set them all at the same time.

I have a problem.I was doing the same thing with my last hatch and only filling two troughs but for some reason there is condensation on the viewing windows

I did remove some.and still didn't help.and it's only day four for my cockatiel eggIf your condensing on your viewing windows you humidity is very high.
Unless you're in lockdown I would remove some of the water.
my humidity gage shows 54%I would dump all the water dry up the lid and put egg back in. Run for 24 hours and see what your humidity is running.
But I don't know anything about cocktail eggs and what they need too hatch. So I may be way off. But if your condensing you are probably pushing 90 percent
