what breed is this chicken

Hi, I'm in desperate need of some help!!!... I've been hatching consistently every weekend for the past 6 weekends and I cannot for the life of me figure out why I'm getting such poor hatches!!! I usually set about 2 dozen to hatch every weekend and I usually only get 1/3 of those eggs to develope full term, and then of those that develope only a handful hatch!? Sometimes I get some sticky chicks and a few with curled toes, also... I candle each week when I set the next batch, and what I'm not understanding is how come of all the eggs I see developing full term I only get a few chicks (a handful, usually) to successfully hatch!?
My dad and I repaired a sportsman 1202 cabinet incubator and have been running it at 99.5 with a humidity around 40-50 and increase humidity during hatches. I supplement my birds with red cell (iron) as I was told it would create more vigorous chicks and better hatches (i've had a smidge more chicks hatch using this)... I collect eggs twice a day, and store them on an egg turner for no more than a week. My birds are under natural and artifical light for 15hrs a day and get a 20% protein diet alongside oats and the iron supplement. They have adequate housing and free range when the weather is nice. The eggs being incubated are LF faverolles eggs. I keep hitting rut after rut with these birds and I really just want to hatch out a couple hundred of these before summer! I NEED help! Thank you!

Ok I'll venture a guess. Have you calibrated all equipment and are you sanitizing. Other than that please see the front of this thread there's a mind boggling amount of help there for you. Good luck.

How old is your rooster. How many hens does he have to take care of. Really lots of questions to look into. Is there stresses like predators in the area?

Do you lockdown in a different incubator?

Yes, there is a lot of people that just use FB now for their sales. Flat Rock is another nice place in Texas, not certain of the city though.
The only Flat Rock I know of is in Michigan.
The Flat Rock I was talking about is the registered herd name with American Dairy Goat Association, not a town. I hope the class went well.

I've cancelled my internet, and will be back in about two weeks. I will pop in, and plan on doing one cup of coffee for all daily.
Oh no, hurry back!
A perfect example of punctuation placement in action !

Did I do something wrong?

No, sir; not at all. I happened to catch how the meaning would change if the comma had been placed one word to the left.

This is my first year back into poultry, from a breeding standpoint, after picking up some birds in the fall. I have young birds that are all within a year old. One pen is giving GREAT fertility and the other is just getting it back. I have 2 pens with a male covering 5 and 6 hens. The male giving minimal fertility is being moved between two pens (3 and 3) of his girls to keep him interested. (This is what got fertility back in that pen) My problem is the hatching... They go full term but wont hatch :\ i just dont get it! The bator has been calibrated but maybe a good sanitizing is in order.
