Love the avatar ralphie! I really don't like it when people make duck stuffed animals that don't look like ducks! Thanks for sticking up for ducks by showing in your avatar that ducks should be shown as they really are, elegant, charming creatures, and not blobs with legs and a bill! they are the coolest birds with the prettiest eggs.

I have some pretty eggs too and there are other blue egg birds out there.

The quetros lay lilac, orange, red ochre, spotted pink and green eggs. And the roosters are very quiet.

He/she did the examination, we didn't. He/she's a vet, we're not.

I feel you. I had so many breeds on my wish list in addition to the 30 breeds I've already had.

Then I grew a brain and decided if I wanted a good breed with quality birds, I only had enough room and time for one breed.

I really wanted cream legbars and ayam cemani but I got over that.

I've got a legbar and some SH right now, they're pretty cool birds...

I used to want polish very much, but I'm hearing more and more bad stuff about them, so I'm thinking to keep more utility breeds better suited for my climate. I don't need chickens that I need to give special care for cos they're too dumb/sickly to exist like a normal chicken.
