EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

How old do chicks from a brooder need to be before you can put a cock in with them, or let them out with the cock and adult hens to be more precise? I have them in the second side of a divided coop and run setup (there is a door between the two coop sections and another in the run part). It can be one big or two smaller coops and runs. I built it for breeding groups in the future that are all together in the winter.
My 2 runs are side by side, so the two groups were used to seeing one another on a daily basis. As I recall, my youngsters were about 6 months when I integrated them, and about the same size as the adult hens. The boss hen aggravated them for a day or two, & a couple of them had to roost in the run rather than the coop for a while, but they managed to sort things out with no bloodshed & they're all just one big happy family now

Anyone see the guy that was dragged off the United Airlines plane because they overbooked and wanted to fly some employees to Louisville.

You especially want to watch at the 4:30 mark for the ad.

Thanks - I had a mini migraine today - mild enough that I went in to work anyway to go to a couple "must go" meetings, but when I came home (early), I crashed for several hours. I make a list of things I am grateful for every day. Today on the list was being alert enough to drive home safely, and being thankful that I scrubbed out all the waterers and filled the feeders yesterday, so that the only thing I had to do today was collect eggs. .

Unless, you poison the duck instead of me.... Just give me the poisoned coffee, and spare me the anguish. :hit

He left sometime last week.

There have been quite a few reports of that lately.

Is there anyway you can get help using insurance to investigate what is going on independently of workers comp?

From what has happened to you I don't see workers comp wanting to really help you, as they see their job is done if they are sending you back to work.

You need help from an appropriate specialist (neurovascular specialist maybe) to figure out what is going on and get back better to normal life and enjoy it again.
Primary insurance will not pay for anything associated with my hand wrist or arm. If this would have happened at home or degenerative, I would be in much better shape because we have excellent medical insurance with a fairly low deductible and I could see who I want, when I want or seek other treatment or other opinions. I also have paid extra my entire time as a nurse for the max short/long term disability so collecting wages would be easier & higher than what I am able to collect from comp. I hope this gives better insight as to why this situation is so screwed up and my frustration an reason for consulting an attorney.
