Hey everyone!
I hatched 4 turkeys, 1 BO and 2 seramas today! When my DD got home, she looked over all the new babies and noticed one had an extra toe! SO one of the Seramas is actually a Serama X Black silkie cross. It's so cute!!! It has a grey beak, greyish coloring and only one foot has an extra toe like momma! My son is beyond happy that his "pepper lepper" has a baby! We didn't know she was laying.

It varies from store to store, depending on the manager and how s/he runs the place. Mine is super. But I've been to others that I would never visit again...

I 2nd that. Couple different TSC's here are pretty good. Many of the workers are ex-farmers, farmers spouse's or farmer teens. Or at least hobby farmers.

It's just pretty sad that we have a massive regional distribution center here and ours is so bad. Oh, well...we do have a lot of great farm and feed stores, so I'd rather shop small anyway.

I stay away from store chicks like the plague!  I don't even get close to them, They are like a flock of germ filled little dux waiting to infect my flock of sweet  albeit stupid in the case of the pollacks chickens.
