I just opened my mouth & stuck my foot in it. Sent my son a pic on FB. DIL picked it up & wants me to build a 10'x20' craft cottage for her in WI! Fortunately, son trained as a carpenter in h.s.

They do make closing types of vents that might work for you. We used them in Susanville and it got pretty cold there.

Like the eave vents that go between the trusses? They should work especially if the doors are not air tight. It wouldn't be much but might do the trick. A gable end vent along with the eave vents would do sufficiently.
