EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

Back from our US vacation. Rita is broody so until further notice I'm kicking her off the nest twice a day until she gets the hint that she needs to stay off. Birds are going to get bathed sometime in the next week or two and I'm seriously considering power washing the coop because it's looking worn and gross.

Garden is producing well! Got a ton of pickle cucumbers while we were gone and the corn and peas are doing okay. Red cabbage and regular cabbage looks great, and the lettuce is alive surprisingly. Onions should be ready to pull soon and the garlic will be replanted in a couple months.

Baby is doing great and we have a TON of stuff already for him. After Husband's parents are back from their cruise in a week and a half his mom is taking me shopping for furniture and other items while he and his dad are going to work on the nursery. Four more months and we have our son with us in the world. <3
